The brief
A trust-first roofing redesign with real job photos and reviews.
Roofing is a trust purchase: people are letting strangers onto their house. The existing presence did not show the quality of the work or make it easy to ask for a quote.
The approach
- 01
Led with real photos of the team at work and a genuine customer review on the first screen.
- 02
Pulled out the numbers that matter (years of experience, jobs completed, team size) as quick-read stats.
- 03
Gave repairs, replacements and emergency callouts their own pages so each can rank and convert on its own.
- 04
Ended every page with a FAQ and quote form, so questions get answered right next to the place to act.
